The wonderful thing about Business Central is that it is scalable, meaning you can start small, and it will grow with you and your company.

When you purchase Business Central, you will need to pay a monthly subscription depending on what type/how many users you need. There are three standard license options: Essentials, Premium, and Team Member. These license costs are taken care for you by us and invoiced to you monthly. When you need more licenses or need to change licenses, it’s easy to contact us and we’ll sort it out for you.

Our packages allow businesses of all sizes, from start-ups to businesses wanting to move, the ability to implement a world leading business management solution with the scalability and capability to grow with you.

Fixed price – means no hidden costs, what you see if what you get! We are very passionate about making sure that content of each package is transparent.

Fixed outcome – means you are guaranteed to receive the system you order, within the advertised timeframe. We have made every effort to eliminate the risk of run-on timescales and softwre development with our planned implementation timelines, the full descriptions of which can be found on our webiste.

As part of our after implementation care we offer a support contract. It is important to us to make sure you are comfortable using your system, and the aftercare support packages give you the opportunity to purchase monthly support minutes. This allows you peace of mind knowing that an expert is always at hand if you need any help, guidance or support with your new system.

Our packages are pre-packaged, fixed out-come packages, which means that we have thought long and hard about what you will need, and wrapped that up into a quick, and easy implementation package. By doing so, this allows us to label our packages as rapid/quick, removing the complicated, bespoke aspects of an implementation.

However, because we have designed them like this, it means that there are potentially extra’s not included that you may need. As such, we offer optional extras at additional costs to add on to your chosen package. This allows you the flexibility to build the perfect package for you if you feel that our standard packages are lacking.

As with all our packages, we say that although there are exclusions, almost anything that you think is missing may be able to be added as an optional extra, so please just let your consultant know.

Yes! A branch of our company is called Astral 365 and specialises in building extensions and add-ons for Business Central. Astral GoCardless allows you to use GoCardless in Business Central, and it is easy to migrate current Customers onto Business Central using the “Moving to Business Central and How to Find Missing Mandates” help section on the Astral 365 website.

Eversign allows you to take digital signatures. With Astral eversign you can take and automate electric document signatures for: Service Orders, Service Contracts, Job Quotes, Sales Quotes, Sales Orders, Sales Invoices.

Astral Send enables you to fully automate your document distribution process for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, saving you time and money. It gives you the power to easily send common document formats with the click of a button with minimal configuration. Documents can be sent individually or in a batch and do not need to be modified to work with Astral Send.

All of our packages include training on using your new Dynamics 365 Business Central system and are taken care of by Dynamics 365 University.

Dynamics 365 University is an online training platform specifically for Business Central. To learn more, click here.

All of our training can be done from anywhere! We use Dynamics 365 University (D365U) for all training related to the implementation packages which is an easy-to-use online learning platform. With D365U, you will receive a personalised dashboard where you can access the training related to your chosen implementation package. There you will also be able to easily pick-up where you leave off, keep track of your progress, and watch on any device.

No. As all of the training related to our implementation packages take place on Dynamics 365 University, an online training platform, there is no need for a consultant to visit your business. Doing it this way has many advantages, but it allows us to consistently stay COVID safe, and gives you the flexibility to carry out the training in your own time, from anywhere and on any device!

You get 3 months access to the online training. However, if you find you need more time after that, this can easily be invoiced on a monthly basis.
Our configuration packages are easy to use Excel templates that allow you to fill in the relevant information that we will need to set up your new system. Our config packages have been specifically created for their ease of use, with lots of helpful tips before you get started.
This is because the time frame of your implementation depends heavily on response times by you. One implementation may be considerably quicker than another, and is mostly down to the turnaround time of required information being supplied to us, any add-ons or extras needed, and any issues that may arise along the way.
Yes! Financials 365 is run by the team at Tres Tria which is a Microsoft reseller.
